Jerry started LFC in 1988 after spending his first working years with an insurance company. In 1983 he moved over
to broking and after gaining 5 years experience with the commercial brokerage of Raytel Insurance Brokers Ltd, decided he was ready to go out on his own.

Since 1988, the business has grown significantly and during that time he has appointed two other senior employees of Raytel to the board. This, plus the other experienced Directors, has provided LFC with a “core” group of individuals with the same work ethics and knowledge of the industry.
