Gary commenced his insurance broking career on leaving school in 1969, since when he has been involved in key positions within a small number of established broking companies. In 1995 he was appointed Commercial New Business Development Manager at Jack A Lessing Insurance Brokers, from where he joined LFC Insurance Group following the acquisition of Lessings in April 2000. In May 2002 Gary was invited to join the board of LFC Insurance Group.
