Bryan started in the insurance industry in 1983, working for Commercial Union. From there he moved to Raytel Insurance Brokers Ltd in 1988, ironically as a direct replacement for Jerry Clayton, when he left to form LFC. Raytel was taken over by Burke Ford Reed Insurance Brokers in 1993 and in 1995, Bryan accepted an invitation to join Jerry at LFC.
