Andy started off as a Motor Insurance Clerk in 1979, working for General Accident, staying with that company but branching out into all aspects of commercial insurance.
He moved to broking in 1987, working for Raytel Insurance Brokers Ltd alongside Jerry Clayton and, latterly, Bryan Daniels. Andy took the opportunity to take up a full Directorship with LFC when a position was offered in 1999.
